At PERGOLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your new pergola or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and secure all components in the original crates to ensure the structure is protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for any damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method minus applicable shipping fees.
